TWO AVAILABLE INNOVATIONS, ONE LEGENDARY ENGINE

Select from two different configurations of the legendary Pentastar® V6 engine. The V6 engine with Engine Stop/Start technology is paired with a manual transmission that provides impressive efficiency and reliable power. The second available engine configuration (shown) is offered with an automatic transmission and the addition of eTorque. This mild-hybrid system adds low-end torque for enhanced starting power and exceptional rock crawling.

Designed for optimal performance on- and off-road, Wrangler capability gives you the power to work where other vehicles wouldn’t dream. Plus, the Wrangler 4xe leverages the power of electricity to create the Most Capable Wrangler Ever.

TRACTION

Traction is all about transferring engine power to the ground. Once in 4x4 High, the transfer case delivers a 50/50 split of torque to the front and rear axles, delivering that extraordinary traction that has made Jeep® Wrangler a legendary 4x4 machine.

WATER FORDING

With a high air intake, sealed electrical connections and moisture-resistant body openings, a driver can traverse up to 33.6-inches of water to cross creeks, streams and puddles with ease.

MANEUVERABILITY

Easily maneuver tight, treacherous trails or navigate around rocks or fallen logs with precision steering systems and high-performance wheelbases.

ARTICULATION

Good suspension and axle articulation help keep Wrangler wheels on the ground, allowing for maximum traction while going over obstacles.

GROUND CLEARANCE

Drive over logs, rocks or just about anything else on the trail, thanks to exceptional ground clearance and protective underbody skid plates.

ALL TERRAIN TIRES

The Rubicon grips the ground with ample power thanks to beefy 33-inch all-terrain tires or available 35-inch all-terrain tires. They offer a larger surface area than regular tires for maximum traction and control off-road.

ROCK RAILS AND BUMPERS

Rock rails add protection and increase off-road maneuverability while traveling across rugged terrain. Winch-capable steel bumpers have removable endcaps so drivers can push the limits of what’s possible.

FRONT AXLE DISCONNECT

Power can be misapplied when driving over rock, causing the wrong wheels to spin. The front axle with disconnect helps evenly distribute power for impressive traction.

Over eighty years of Jeep®Brand off-road evolution are rolled into the Wrangler. Now, a variety of standard and available 4x4 systems are ready to help drivers execute the toughest jobs.

COMMAND-TRAC® 4X4 SYSTEM

The Command-Trac® Part-Time 4x4 system delivers torque to all wheels for incredible traction. And with a 2.72:1 low range for rock crawling and neutral for available flat towing, drivers can take on each task with confidence.

100:1 CRAWL RATIO

With a 4:1 low gear ratio, the Rock-Trac®-equipped Rubicon can deliver an available Best-in-Class 100:1 crawl ratio when equipped with the manual transmission and the available 4.88:1 axle ratio.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

EXPANDING VISIBILITY

Available Blind Spot Monitoring and Rear Cross Path Detection rely on radar-based sensors to detect other vehicles in your blind spot zones or crossing behind when Wrangler is backing up.

WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY

Wireless connectivity allows drivers to make and receive wireless calls, stream music and talk—hands-free from the moment they get in and start the engine.

THEFT NOTIFICATION

Available SiriusXM Guardian™ includes a factory-installed theft alarm system that when triggered, will notify the driver via email or text so they can check on the Wrangler.

SOS BUTTON

Access emergency services with a quick press of the available SOS button on the overhead console above the rearview mirror.

VEHICLE FINDER

The available Vehicle Finder will help the driver locate the vehicle by using the Uconnect® app. The driver can use their phone to pinpoint the Wrangler on a map and receive directions to its location.

Available heated front seats and a heated steering wheel ward off the cold, helping to keep the driver and front passenger comfortable the entire ride.

Wrangler offers adaptable cargo features for gear. Secure possessions with the available Trail Rail™ System, organize smaller cargo with the available Jeep® Utility Grid, or stow gear away under the removable cargo floor standard on Rubicon models.

The interior of Wrangler is thoughtfully designed to clean up easily. Weather-resistant removable carpeting and one-way floor drain valves help make cleaning up after a day in the mud a breeze.

EXTRA-STRENGTH WINDSHIELD

Wrangler features an available and durable Windshield with Corning® Gorilla® Glass. Its lightweight design provides resistance to cracks and off-road debris on trails.

LED LIGHTS

The available Premium LED Lighting Group includes signature Reflector Headlamps, Fog Lamps and Daytime Running Lamps for impressive visibility and style. Plus, vibrant taillamps help alert drivers approaching from the rear.

HALF DOORS

Jeep® Wrangler is available with half doors and open top options. These classic Jeep Brand styles allow for increased visibility and access to cargo.

MOPAR® DOOR-OFF MIRROR KIT

The available Door-Off Mirror Kit lets you experience full-on freedom by removing the doors while keeping the benefits of having mirrors.

TECHNOLOGY

FORWARD-FACING OFF-ROAD CAMERA

An available Forward-Facing Off-Road Camera allows the driver to see upcoming obstacles on-screen.

REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY

The available Remote Keyless Entry system makes getting in the vehicle easier. Sensors detect the key when it's in close proximity and will unlock when the door handle is lifted. Lock it up with a simple push of the button.

7-INCH DRIVER INFORMATION DIGITAL CLUSTER DISPLAY

The available 7-inch Driver Information Digital Cluster Display can be customized to help you keep track of key stats like speed, Speed Control and security features.

EXPLORE WITH WI-FI

During the ride, passengers can explore the web with the available 4G LTE Wi-Fi Hotspot. Connect up to eight devices within a 50-foot radius while on the go.

WRANGLER 4xe

Forging a new path to the future, the Jeep® Wrangler 4xe pushes legendary capability to new frontiers. The result is incredible hybrid innovation.

CHARGING THE FLEET

Charging a Wrangler 4xe is simple. An included Level I charging cable will fully charge the battery in 12 hours while an available and simple-to-use Level II Jeep® Branded Charger can fully charge the Wrangler 4xe battery in approximately 2 hours.

POWER THROUGH

Wrangler 4xe delivers an impressive 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of instant torque for heart-pounding performance off-road and on-road. The torque provided by the electric motor improves rock crawling capabilities while on the job and powerful speed off the line. And for impressive traction, it’s the Industry's First PHEV with Front and Rear Locking Differentials.

VENTURE FARTHER

Electric hybrid power gives drivers the freedom to go long distances without range anxiety. To take on the job with all-electric power, the Wrangler 4xe features a manufacturer’s estimated 49 MPGe rating.

OPTIMIZE EVERY RIDE

E-Selec driving modes put drivers in control. Electric Mode uses only battery power for low-emissions zones in cities or quiet off-roading with maximum torque, while eSave Mode reserves battery power for later. Hybrid Mode provides the best of both worlds.

HYBRID MODE

The default mode, Hybrid, combines torque from both the PHEV powertrain with 2.0L DOHC DI Turbo engine and the electric motor. This combination provides maximum horsepower, instant torque and the best acceleration. Electric power is consumed first.
