SAFETY AND SECURITY
DELUXE SECURITY ALARM WITH INTRUSION MODULE
The Deluxe Security Alarm system, standard on Scat Pack and SRT® models, allows drivers to input a four-digit code into the Uconnect® touchscreen which will temporarily reduce the vehicle’s speed to under 3 horsepower in the event of a theft. The system will also sound an alarm when it detects a broken window, when someone reaches their hand through the window or when someone tries to unlawfully tow the vehicle.
BLIND SPOT MONITORING SYSTEM
Anytime another vehicle enters the driver's blind spot zone, this available system can send an alert so the driver can change lanes with peace of mind.
ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL
This available system conveniently adjusts cruising speed automatically to help maintain a set distance from the vehicle in front.
FULL-SPEED FORWARD COLLISION WARNING
This available system can transmit audible and visual proximity warnings when the vehicle gets too close to the preceding vehicle.
AUTOMATIC HIGH-BEAM HEADLAMPS
The available Automatic High-Beam Headlamps switch automatically from high- to low-beam when they detect ambient light from oncoming traffic. LED Spot lamps are optional, if desired.
LANESENSE® LANE DEPARTURE WARNING WITH LANE KEEP ASSIST
This system sends visible and audible warnings to the driver when the vehicle unintentionally drifts out of its lane. It can also course correct the vehicle if there is no action taken after the alerts.
ADVANCED BRAKE ASSIST
If insufficient force is applied to the brakes in response to a signal from the available Full-Speed Forward Collision Warning with Active Braking, the system will increase brake force performance to help prevent an accident.
READY ALERT BRAKING
This feature prepares the brakes for a panic stop when sensors detect a quick release of the accelerator pedal that suggests the driver may need to stop suddenly.
